We want you to receive enough treatment for your condition to improve!  Towards this end, we offer a sliding scale of $25 to $50 per treatment at Octagon, with an additional one-time initial paperwork fee of $10 though May.

Starting June 1st, 2021 we will offer a sliding scale of $30 to $60, with an additional one-time initial paperwork fee of $10 though.

We require no income verification.  It is up to you to decide what is affordable for you.

Please keep in mind that your payment is a fee for services, not a donation. We receive no money from the government or from grants. Your payments are the only thing that makes our business possible.

We accept cash, checks and credit cards, but don’t process insurance claims to keep down our administrative overhead and our prices low. We offer superbills for a low fee.
